DEFERRED PAYMENT SCHEME

  • Upon payment of 10% of purchase price, Option To Purchase is issued. 

  • Option must be exercised within 14 days.

  • Stamp Duty and ABSD (if applicable) to be paid within 14 days from date of Exercise of Option. 

Upon possession of your unit:

  • Purchaser will be issued the keys to the unit. 

  • 80% of Purchase Price to be paid 36 months from date of Exercise of Option. 

  • Title Deed issued to purchaser when full payment is received. 

  • If the sale is not completed within 36 months, the 20% will be forfeited. 

* Premium of 5% is applicable to the price for 36 months Deferred Payment Scheme. 

No BSD. No ABSD. No Property Tax. 

  • Upon payment of 20% of purchase price, Option To Purchase is issued. 

  • Option To Purchase is issued with an exercise period of 24 months. 

  • To exercise the Option, you only pay 20% more. 

  • Completion of Sale is 4 weeks from the date of exercise of Option, upon which the balance 60% is payable.

  • Balance 95% of purchase price to be paid within 8 weeks.
